What is better about KSP stores than other fundraising ideas and websites?

Why should my group use KSP stores as a fundraising tool?

Traditional fundraising methods require a lot of work and time from both the group's leadership and it's membership. Starting with brochures that need passed around, a sales pitch plea that borders on begging, orders that need to be recorded & submitted, money that needs to be collected and products that need to be delivered. If anyone fails to pay for ordered products the membership or leadership of the group must come out of pocket to assume the debt.

Why do you use ".store" extensions on your shopping websites?

How did you get my name, email and phone number?

We purchased a list of fundraising professionals for NonProfits organizations to introduce our family of themed websites which are designed to be used for fundraising by sharing a unique discount code and url link to your membership so they can ask friends and family to shop on the websites and help raise money for your group while we donate to charities and reward shoppers for repeat purchases.

How much commission does your store payout to the Affiliates?

We pay out a very competitive 15% commission to affiliates on all orders. To help motivate your groups members to share the referral codes they to can earn 2.5% on all orders they refer.

What is the Discount Code or Link used to promote & track sales on your sites?

Each Affiliate group will receive a unique discount code and url link for the membership to share with friends and family. On each store shoppers will be able to search for an affiliate discount code to use and ensure your group receives earned commissions.

Can Affiliates track the number of sales for their group / org and amount of funds raised?

Yes, along with receiving a notification for each new order, the details of each transaction can be seen and the running total balance is displayed on an Affiliate dashboard page.

How often are funds paid out to Affiliates?

Affiliates are paid by check or credit card deposit every 30 days depending on choices they make while registering.

How can KSP Stores help Affiliates improve their fundraising efforts?

If you submit your group or organizations membership email addresses we will schedule periodic email blasts to encourage sharing your discount code and url link with friends and family.

Why do you donate a percentage of sales to charities?

We know good karma and positive vibes are important to any business success. We have created stores to raise funds for churches and nonprofits so it makes sense to donate a percentage of each transaction back to a charity for each themed store.

How Much of a Donation Contribution Do Your stores make to the Charities?

The average amount most big box stores or famous brand name websites offer is 1% on each transaction. We have decided to reduce our profits slightly by doubling that donation percentage to 2% on every transaction!

Do you have a rewards program?

Yes, we have a rewards program that allows you to earn points for every purchase you make. These points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases.

What are the ways in which you can earn points?

Create an Account = 5 points

Submitting Your Birthday = 5 points

Subscribe to Newsletter = 10 points

Complete an Order = 1 point per dollar

How do the products ship?

Our orders ship via DHL, FEDEX, UPS, and USPS depending on the supplier and warehouse the products ship from.

Where do the products ship from?

To keep our overhead at a minimum and prices low we operate as dropshippers with most items coming direct from our suppliers across the USA and select items from our warehouse in Jacksonville, FL. Nothing will ship to you or your customers from overseas.

What is the return & refund policy of your stores?

RETURNS

KSP Stores stand behind the superior quality of our products and wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. In fact, we have one of the industry’s most generous guarantees so you can be sure the product is right for you. If for any reason a product does not meet your expectations, simply return it within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Custom and/or special orders are exempt from being returned. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days. If your return is not approved for refund we will ship the product back to you , you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item back to you.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at admin@kspstores.com.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@kspstores.com and we will direct you to send your item to the correct order fulfillment center.

SHIPPING

To return your product contact our staff to receive the correct shipping details to the order fulfillment center. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Why are your prices higher than Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair and Ebay?

Being competitively priced is important to make sure your Nonprofit's members, friends and family feel comfortable with the value when shopping our stores but discounts and low prices do not align with fundraising and charity donations so shoppers on our stores see the value in helping others while buying the quality products they need for their everyday lives.
